Checking of Design Development and Construction Design: With a vision to deliver the highest standards of living, the TUeV guarantee a world where quality and precision blend in perfect harmony. The design, construction and development put forth by Bavaria Gulf will be checked for conformance with German and international quality standards along with local building laws and regulations.

Checking of Tender Documents: The tender documents will be reviewed and checked for conformance with the property specification handed over to the customer (home buyer).

  Inspections on site: The TUeV will inspect the site in the following building phases;

• Foundation and basement structure including water proofing

• Shell construction of the building and concrete and masonry work of the basement

• All plumbing, air conditioning and electrical works

• Fire protection, insulation works, tile, flooring and sanitary works

The TUeV, comprising of German civil engineers will check the whole development after the completion, as part of the assessment check. Before the end of warranty, a further assessment check will be made to secure the quality even beyond the warranty period, ensuring your homes meet world class standards.

Quality Certificate: After the positive result of the quality control by TUeV Germany, a quality certificate will be issued by them for each single unit and town house, which needless to say will have a tremendous impact on the value of your property?
