. The sale of apartments will be held at Al Murooj Rotana from
December 14th to December 16th, 2007.
Commenting on the launch of Sandoval Apartments the Management
of Bavaria Gulf said:
'Our previous launch of Sandoval Townhouses was a complete eye-opener for us. Though we had launched this project after studying the Dubai market and customer requirements for over two years we never expected such an overwhelming response. Sandoval Apartments once again follows our customer focused approach of providing high quality and functional yet luxurious and value driven realty concepts. Sandoval Apartments will boast of certified German precision and quality blended with the concept of community lifestyle, which has been the strongest and most prominent feature of all our pasts projects as well.'
Keeping customer satisfaction as the main
focus of its business policy - 'Only a customer-driven approach
can result in a property which residents like to call their
home', Bavaria Gulf plans project designs with comprehensive
market research and interaction with potential buyers. Every
apartment will have original German/European brands as fittings
and appliances in every room including the kitchen and
bathrooms. The apartment design features extra storage space,
walk-in wardrobes, shaded balconies for enhanced privacy, as
well as an option for a study area. Adding to tenant convenience
will be designer lobbies equipped with a concierge desk and
corridors that have been designed to allow optimal natural
light.
Elaborating on the project's USPs, Bavaria Gukf Management said,
'Buyers of Sandoval Apartments will be provided with copies of
original product specifications and agreements, thus instilling
confidence and a sense of security within buyers during the
course of signing the ownership deal.
'Furthermore, going in line with the Green Building standards we
have made every effort to create one of the most environmental
friendly projects that will benefit both residents and society
as a whole. We have used insulated building materials to save
energy whereas sunlight shafts and bay windows will ensure that
natural light creates a bright and spacious ambience,' he added.
Every Sandoval Apartment will also have environment-friendly and
energy-saving features like water-economizing faucets, sensor
operated lights, thermal insulation technology and an anti air
leakage design.
'Although our apartments are targeted towards the mid-segment of
the society, they will be luxurious enough to provide comfort
and amenities which will not only look good but will come with a
quality that ensures longer life. Additionally, with an aim of
further facilitating customer convenience we have also tied up
with a leading UAE Bank for easy and attractive home loan
facility,' he ended.
The project is a boutique development based on an innovative
open courtyard concept designed in a contemporary architectural
style. Both the interiors and exteriors are designed to blend
convenience with luxury, harmony and tranquility. Volumetric and
natural light will be sensitively introduced to create a bright
and spacious ambience to all public and private zones. It is
thus no surprise that design is one of the key strengths of all
Sandoval homes.
Furthermore, adding to the overall attractiveness of the project
is Bavaria Gulf's focus on facilitating qualitative
communication between house-owners, which is summed up in the
popular European concept - 'communal living in privacy.'
Gazebos, connecting pathways, shielded corridors and amenities
like gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, children's pool and
children's playground on the project will be used to emphasize
both individual privacy and community lifestyles.
