How does the sales process work if I want to buy a home from Bavaria Gulf ?
Step 1: Property Booking
Sales Assistant will get your contact details and details of your inquiry.
One of the Sales Consultant will give you a call for your inquiry and send you necessary details of the unit interested in.
If further interested in the unit, the Sales Agent will arrange an appointment for you at your own convenience to deal with your offer.
Step 2: Buying the Property
You need to completely fill-up the Application and Reservation form for your selected units and sign all the necessary documents.
Provide a copy of your passport and visa for end-buyer or trade license copy for company buyer
Pay the 1st installment in the form of cheque, Post dated cheque is not acceptable. There is a minimum deposit of AED 20,000.00 and the 1st installment payment is due 7 days after signing the Application and Reservation form.
Developer will sign the form and your Sales Consultant will ensure that you will be provided with signed and stamped documents, as follows:
d.1 Original Application and Reservation form
d.2 Floor plan
d.3 Master plan
d.4 Floor layout
d.5 Supplemental Condition (if there’s any)
d.6 Receipts
Step 3: Signing the Property Purchase Agreement (PPA)
You will be contacted within two weeks after you signed the Application and
Reservation form to pick-up or deliver the 2 sets of contract (1 copy each party - Buyer and Developer)
The contract must be signed within 30 days after the booking
The 2 sets of contract need to be returned to the Developer for signing and stamping.
You will be contacted again for releasing your signed and stamped PPA copy
