Can I resell my property?
You can resell your property after the second installment has been settled. Only the current owner can request an appointment for a property transfer with Bavaria Gulf latest two (2) days prior to the transfer date. The current owner has to sign the transfer form personally or he has to issue a power of attorney for the person signing. In this case this person has to bring the original POA along with the passport. On the transfer date all outstanding debts, including late payment penalties must have been paid. The current owner will receive a call from our Sales unit one (1) day prior to get the information about the outstanding balance amount, if there’s any.

I want to sell my property but haven't paid in full – can I get the keys to show the property to a prospective buyer?
Unfortunately, we can only give keys to customers after the entire payment has been made. However, if permission is obtained from the Project Management Department, keys can be collected by one of the Bavaria Gulfs staff, who will then accompany the customer to his/her property.

Who can buy in Dubai?
Any overseas or resident investor can purchase Dubai property.
Government Tax?
There are currently no government taxes of any kind when purchasing a property in Dubai. Nor is there a capital gains tax. When the Dubai Lands Department registers titles, buyers have to pay a 2.0% fee based on the purchase price of the property. If they have a mortgage, they have to pay 0.25% of the value of the loan.
Mortgage?
Mortgage is available through major banking partners. Overseas customers can finance their purchases with highly flexible repayment methods and with a range of variable rate mortgages.
