FAQ - Payment Process 

Payment Process: 

Deposits for booking of a property are non-refundable. Initial down payments according to the 1st instalment, have to be paid via non-postdated cheque or on the date of the signing of the contract. 

A payment schedule will be given to you at the point of sale for the remaining payments and the final payment amount. 

All payments must be made by cheque or wire transfer and be remitted in one of the following currencies: AED, U.S. Dollar. 

Buyers should only acknowledge information from properly identified Bavaria Gulf employees. 

In accordance with the law No 8, the Trust Account Rules of Dubai Government, all payments will be deposited in an Escrow Account.
