BAVARIA GULF Real Estate LLC offers a professional service to successfully resell your properties.
Properties that are listed in our database we market throughout newspaper ads, our network of estate agents and consultants in the UAE as well as overseas. We will also be holding seminars and exhibitions thereby placing your property in front of potential buyers.
Please read the following procedure how to list your properties with Bavaria Gulf:
Initially call or coordinate with one of our Sales Consultants
for their assistance on listing your properties.
Sales Consultant will send via e-mail the Listing Agreement form
to be completely filled-up and signed by the Seller.
Seller must return the completed form and required documents
within a week which needs to be signed by the Sales Manager in
order to process the listing of property(ies).
Signed Listing Agreement form along with the completed documents
will be forwarded to the Sales Assistant in order to include it
on the advertisement of any Property ads if it deems necessary
and register it on our database.
Seller will be given a confirmation number through her/his
e-mail account that the property was already listed.
Maximum of six months for listing Seller’s property(ies) but in
no way guarantees a sale of the property.
The
agreement is automatically renew for a three-month period unless
either party wishes to terminate it.
Inform Sales Assistant through written notice, not less than
seven days prior of terminating the listing agreement and vice
versa.
Once sold, a non-refundable professional fee (“Agency Fee”) of
three percent (3%) of the selling price of the Property is
immediately payable to Bavaria Gulf Real Estate LLC.
Sales Consultant will arrange all necessary documents for
bringing together the Buyer and Seller for execution of the SPA.
